Document Description
SAA R3-2002-0324 The applicant, Marv Soiland, Shiloh Associates, roposes to remove a road fill of approximately 900 cubic yards and two 70-foot long 60-inch culverts on Pruit Creek, decommission an existing 20-foot wide dirt road, and restore the natural drainage channel and riparian zone. One of the culverts at this site collapsed after being struck by a tree in early 2002, which has lowered flood conveyance capacity. The old road fill removed from the creek channel will be used to create a new driveway on the south side of the property that does not encroach on a watercourse.
