The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SBR- 63283-R6, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602 to County of San Bernardino. This proposed Project involves the development of 107 acres of undisturbed land for the Phase 2 of the Victorville Sanitary Landfill. Project Activities include grading, removal of vegetation, and clearing the Project site using dozers, scrapers, and water trucks.
