The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 1 to Streambed Alteration Agreement no. 1600-2018-0028-R4, issued to the City of San Luis Obispo. The Agreement authorizes annual reoccurring sediment removal and vegetation maintenance activities to facilitate storm water conveyance in multiple streams within the limits of the City of San Luis Obispo. Amendment No. 1 authorizes dewatering activities to facilitate sediment removal.
