Document Description
The project will replace the existing facility. The new Student Health Services building will contain approximately 69,020 gross square feet on four floors over a single-level parking garage for 62 vehicles. The new facility will be oriented toward the university along Aztec Walk, the primary east-west pedestrian corridor located on the southern border of the campus. The building materials and systems selected for this project are intended to maximize sustainably and energy efficiency while minimizing operating and maintenance costs.
