Document Description
The San Diego Water Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Certification No. R9-2025-0117) to the Project Applicant to capitalize on opportunities to obtain beach-quality sand from local construction, development, or dredging projects to provide shoreline protection, recreational benefits, and habitat enhancement. The program includes placement of up to 300,000 cubic yards of sand per year at up to four designated City beach fill sites (North Beach, Linda Lane, T Street North and T Street South).
