Change of Zone No. 6637 proposes to change the sites 330.6-acre zoning from Scenic Highway Commercial (C-P-S, Residential Agriculture (R-A-1), Light Agriculture (A-1-5) and (A-1-2.5) to One Family Dwelling (R-1) and Tentative Tract Map No. 30161 proposes to subdivide 29.90 acres of the 330-6 acre site into 88 residential lots, with 7,200 square foot minimum lot sizes.
