Document Description
The Project is for the development of a new retail use including the construction of a new Wal-Mart store with an indoor garden area of approximately 18,000 sq ft and a proposed outdoor sales area of approximately 23,000 sq ft. The project will provide 695 surface level parking spaces, including 633 standard spaces, 24 accessible spaces and 8 cart corrals with a parking ratio of 5.07 spaces per 1,000 sq ft of building space. The project also includes an area for outside container storage facilities along the westerly project boundary and a rooftop proprietary satellite communications facility. The store will sell pool chemicals, petroleum products and paint products in addition to its regular retail merchandise. The store may also sell firearms.
