The work to be performed consists, in general, of cold planning existing asphalt concrete surface, placing pavement reinforcing fabric and an asphalt concrete overlay, shoulder backing using native material and the construction of additional roadway to accommodate channelization of major street intersections. The project will enhance the level of service and safety of the road for the general public.
