                Document Description
            
            The proposed project will subdivide the 105.4-acre site into 429 single-family residential lots, with a minimum lot size of 6,500 square feet per lot.  The proposed project also includes a change of zone for the site from A-2-10 and A-2-5 to R-4 (Residential) and a general plan amendment to change the land use designation from AG/Dev R to 2B (2-5 Dwelling Units per acre).
