The applicant proposes nine (9) activities involving: (1) water drafting from six separate locations on the Ten Mile River; (2) the installation of three culverts on Class II watercourses at map points 16, 34, and 42; all are tributaries to Smith Creek which is tributary to the South Fork of the Ten Mile River. The CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed alteration agreement R3-2001-0525, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mark Hannon, Campbell Timberland Managements.
