            Proposes three projects which have the potential to substantially divert or obstruct the natural flow or substantially change the stream bed, channel, or bank of a watercourse involving:  1)  removing all existing haul road culvert(s) at a fish bearing watercourse crossing (Deadman Gulch, tributary to the Albion River) and installing one or more flatcar bridges; 2) removing all existing haul road culvert(s) at a fish bearing watercourse crossing (Slaughterhouse Gulch, tributary to the Albion River) and installing one flatcar bridge and 3) installing rip-rap approaches and one flatcar bridge in the Albion River (Duckpond summer crossing).
