Document Description
Project consists of addition of a detached one story wood frame/concrete block 55'x40' (1600 sq ft) structure placed on a new concrete slab with 24" footings in undisturbed desert area between existing lab and headquarters building, accessible by new concrete walkway, and accessible parking site. Disturbance to native desert area is limited to twenty-foot perimeter beyond footprint, with exception of extending utility lines (30" depth) to existing connections, and will require minimal clearing, grubbing and grading. Any removal plants will be replaced with in kind native vegetation. No known archaeological or historical resources are present.
