                Document Description

The operator proposes to construct a 15.5 acre expansion on the west side of the PG&E Tesla Substation for a switchyard extension and access road, and an approximately 2.25 acre expansion on the east side for a maintenance yard. The project areas will be graded and surfaced with gravel. The existing earth drain runs approximately 640 feet from the outflow of the existing drainage culvert on the west side of the 500kV yard to the outflow point at the creek.
