Document Description
This is an existing project that received a Water Right Permit 19330 (Application A028176), dated October 1, 1984, for the storage of 46 acre-feet of water per annum. The water is collected from an unnamed stream tributary to the Russian River. Water is used for irrigation and frost protection of 12 acres of vineyard. Water is to be collected from Oct. 1- Apr. 30 of the following year. The petitioner has filed a water right etition for extension of time to put the water to its full and beneficial use. The petitioner also requests to increase the place of use and develop an additional point of diversion to serve the reservoir. The petitioner has also filed two additional water rights applications (A03991 and 30872) for the remaining needed water and additional places of use.
