Complete biological evaluations for plant and wildlife and a soil survey for approximately 17 miles of non-compliant trails in Rowher Flats OHV Area. This would allow the Forest to compile baseline data and complete the necessary trail maintenance in 2003. This would improve the monitoring probram.
