This is a replacement of powerlines running from the PG&E powerline to Cold Springs Communications Lookout. This property is located at the end of Signal Ridge Road, Philo, CA., which intersects with Greenwood Ridge Road 5.5 miles southwest of the town of Philo. Access is from CA State Highway 128 to Greenwood Ridge Road (County Highway 132) to Signal Ridge Road. CDF has secured a right of trespass in writing from Nick Rossi, the owner of the property under the powerlines.
