Document Description
The project consists of pavement rehabilitation on the existing roadway, within the existing roadway prism, and within County right-of-way. The work includes removal and replacement of existing AC and base materials, AC leveling course, placement of pavement reinforcing grid, and a final AC overlay. Incidental work includes minor drainage improvements, replacement of worn out signs and re-striping of the centerline and lane lines. The current pavement condition is in need of rehabilitation to meet County standards and to avoid a costly full reconstruction. The beneficiaries of the project are the residents of, and the visitors to, Plumas County.
