Document Description
The project consists of the interior renovation of the Admissions Suite in the EB Building at Patton State Hospital to provide an improved reception area for patients, ADA-compliant shower and toilet room areas, and medical examination areas. Renovation work will include removal of non-load bearing partitions, ceramic tile, and related wall framing. Proposed interior finishes include installation of new partitions, doors, frames, hardware, painting, ceramic tile, toilet partitions and accessories. Plumbing improvements will include new fixtures, showers, water closets and lavatories. Mechanical improvements will include a new system to increase airflow or air exchanges with exterior exhaust. Proposed electrical improvements include new light fixtures, wall receptacles, and security and fire alarm systems.
