Document Description
Remodel existing "Packing shed" building with showers/ sinks to accommodate student needs. Install 1600 square foot pre-fabricated "burn building" in former planting bed area. Installation will require 300' of trenching for LPG and electrical lines. Grading to level will be done on area of less than 10% slope on an area of approximately 10,000 square feet. No extra fill will be generated. Run-off and smoke from operation of the building will be minimal and contained on site (simulations will use LPG and be short duration).
