Mika Telecom Group are requesting a Use Permit that will allow for the construction of an unmanned wireless communication facility (Cell Tower). The facility, one of six proposed for Modoc County, will consist of a 195-foot tall, self-supporting lattice tower contained within a 10,000 square feet area by a six foot chain link fence. A propane tank and generator will be installed for emergency power, plus three 12' x 24' x 10' single floor equipment shelters will be constructed within the fenced area.
