Document Description
A Coastal Development Permit for (1) a Parcel Map Subdivision to create Parcels 1 and 2 of 1.9 and 3.7 acres, respectively, (2) construction of a single family residence with detached garages on each resultant parcel (three-bedroom, approximately 15 feet high and 2,100 square feet), and (3) excavation of approximately 1,400 yards of fill placed in wetlands without permits, 1,000 yards of fill will be spread on-site and 400 yards transported to APN 509-041-26, -27 and -28. The resultant parcels will be served by on site water and sewer services will be provided by McKinleyville Community Services District. Also, an exception to the lot frontage requirements for both parcels (the lot frontage for both properties will be 20 feet), and a Special Permit to allow for an exception to the lot width to depth ratio (the lot depth will be more than three times the lot width).
