                Document Description
            
            The proposed facility will have an aggregate floor area of 78,000 square feet.  The two primary structures have varying roof heights, pitched roofs, clerestory windows and roof vents, and a variety of building forms and materials.  The Community Center, located nearest East Avenue, will be a two-story structure with public uses on the first floor and LARPD offices on the second.  The Recreation Building is a single-story structure with a vaulted, two-story ceiling over an indoor gymnasium.  There are also two accessory buildings, a pool area, and several outdoor-oriented activity areas.  Adjacent improvements will include addition of tot-lots and basketball courts, among other amenities.
