                Document Description
            
            Several expansion and renovation projects are proposed.  The proposed upgrades include the following:
- A new 1,800 square foot (sf) multi-purpose building.  This new structure, to be located to the southwest of the existing Effie Yeaw Nature Center (EYNC), will include 1,250 sf of work and/or exhibit space, 300 existing Effie Yeaw Nature Center (EYNC), will include approximately 1,250 sf or work and/or exhibit space, 300 sf of storage space, and restrooms.
- Expansion of the existing EYNC retail store space and repair or portions of the roofing and siding on the existing building.
- A new concrete patio area with a shade structure and landscaping, to be constructed in the entry courtyard formed by the existing EYNC building and the proposed multi-purpose building.
- A new 1,728 square foot covered outdoor classroom with enclosed storage off the north end of the existing EYNC building.
- Expansion of parking facilities to include a minimum of 22 new passage vehicle spaces.  The new spaces are proposed to be a continuation of the existing parking lot (to the northeast).
