            The project as proposed includes the demolition of an existing single story 2,000 +/- square foot commercial building and the associated parking lot.  The existing commercial development would be replaced by a new single-story 5,950 square foot commercial office building and a new 25-space parking lot located to the rear of the building on the 41,520 (.95 acre) square foot project site.
