The applicant proposes to subdivide approximately 136 vacant acres into three parcels and two remainders for the purposes of industrial development. No development of the project area is proposed at this time. The project area was previously used for agriculture and has been significantly disturbed. The site is currently vacant and vegetated with invasive, naturalized species. The project area is located at the northeast edge of the Hunter Industrial Business Park, which covers approximately 1,300 acres and is planned for mixed industrial and office development.
