The proposed project involves minor operational road improvements within the existing right-of-way of Wildcat Canyon Road, from the Barona Casino entrance north to the intersection of San Vicente Road, approximately 6 miles. The proposed multiple operational road improvements include signing and road striping, minor side slope adjustments, removal of obstacles including boulders and trees, guardrail installations, shoulder and parkway grading to accommodate vehicles, and culvert replacement or repairs. The objective of the project is to improve road operations and site distance. The cut and fills will be equal and no trucking in or out of materials will be required. The resulting topography will be similar to the existing topography.
