Document Description
The current project includes a Preliminary Development Plan (01-PDP-07) and Tentative Tract Map (31027) for the proposed subdivision of two existing parcels of record totaling 12.02 acres into 28-single family residences and 10 secondary single-family residences, and the extension of three public roads. The project site is zoned and designated for low density residential (RS-6) development. The proposed minimum parcel size is 6,500 square feet, with an average parcel size of 16,787 square feet. The proposed lots would range in size from 7,415 square feet to 82,378 square feet. Ten of the proposed lots are proposed to contain a secondary residential unit. The project would be constructed in a single phase.
