            The proposed project involves the development of an approximately 71,327 net assignable square foot (ASF) building to house the proposed California NanoSystems Institute.  The three-story CNSI building would be built on a five-acre site and have a gross floor area of about 131,645 square feet.  The project also involves the construction of a parking structure with a capacity of approximately 630 cars.
