                Document Description

Connection of a new concrete drainage swale to an existing 18-inch corrugated plastic pipe storm drain that outlets to Willow Creek. Runoff from the site will collect in the swale and flow to a 24-inch diameter grated drain located approximately 11 feet form the top of the stream bank. A 24-inch corrugated steel pipe will connect the drain to the existing outflow pipe. Rock slope protection material will be keyed into the ground. Construction equipment will not encroach to within eleven feet of the top of bank, except that a backhoe could be used to reach toward the top of the bank. The project site is located at 395 Hacienda Avenue, Cayucos, California. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2001-0792 pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Mr. William Paulson.
