The approved proposed remedy is comprised of Institutional Controls (ICs) in the form of groundwater monitoring and land use covenants (LUCs). LUCs are legal mechanisms designed to limit access and land use activities. Groundwater monitoring will be conducted quarterly to detect any movement of contaminants in groundwater.
