Document Description
The Orange County Water District owns and operates approximately 1,100 acres of water recharge spreading facilities located adjacent to the Santa Ana River. Water recharged here provides up to 75% of the water needs of over 2 million Orange County residents and workers. The existing Field Headquarters Heavy Equipment Repair and Maintenance Shop is a steel-framed metal building constructed in 1989. The shop is in need of electrical upgrading and increased floor space.
