Document Description
The discharger proposes to construct a new secondary treatment package plant (package plant) to replace the existing oxidation pond system. The package plant will provide the needed treatment capacity for the existing service area. The package plant contains three treatment modules; each module has a primary clarifier, anaerobic reactor cell, aerobic reactor cell, and a final clarifier. The effluent from the secondary clarifier gravity flows through a partial flume and then to new infiltration/evaporative ponds for final disposal.
