The work to be performed under this project is exempt under Section 15301, CEQA Guidelines, duplicated as Section 18.36.030 of the Placer County Enviromental Review Ordinance- Operational activities at an existing facility which do not result in an expansion of the use beyond that existing. APDS has stored rolloff boxes at this location since 1978. The storage of the boxes has not resulted in any adverse enviromental or public health concern for payment to WPWMA for the of their property.
