This project proposes the installation of two 24" diameter culverts and one 18" diameter culvert on un-named intermittent tributaries to Blue Tent Creek, to improve road access to existing subdivision lots. The project represents a minor alteration the condition of land and water with no expansion of use, and will not involve the removal of healthy trees. The project will have no significant effect on the environment.
