Document Description
On-site mitigation. Land acquisition and relocation of an electrical/mechanical shop, a storage building and an engineering/construction office with a combined square footage of 4,800 square feet to an adjacent parcel (APN 209-130-002). Site work to include utilities, paving, curb and gutter, irrigation and landscaping, fencing, signs and wash rack. The project also includes a 120-ft. telecommunications tower with microwave dishes. Based on the Riverside I-215 final EIS and Record of Decision, it has been determined that the project would not have a significant effect on the environment. None of the structures to be relocated are eligible for listing in the California Register of Historic Resources.
