Document Description
Finish interior restoration of the Ziggenheim house to make the building usable for employee seasonal housing or office. Install drywall, lighting, floor coverings, plumbing fixtures, hot water heater, kitchen counters, appliances, and forced air heating. Repair porch. Connect drains to new septic tank and leach field. Repair outside electrical and water lines. Install propane tank and line to the house. An archeologist will monitor all ground disturbing activities. Project will be photographically documented before during and after the work.
