Document Description
The California Department of Water Resources, through its conveyance of water through California Aqueduct for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, is joining Reclamation in negotiationg an interim water delivery contact for the Cross Valley Canal contractors. Because the existing interim contract will expire in February 2002, before a long-term contract can be executed, this action is needed to provide continued water delivery to the existing Cross Valley Canal contractors. The interim contract period is for a maximum of one year, through February 28, 2003.
