                Document Description
            
            The proposed project site consists of a 10 acre site subdivided into six parcels, for a Neighborhood Business development.  The project site is bordered by O'Hara Avenue to the west, Laurel Road to the south, a single-family residence and park/ detention basin to the east and single-family residences to the north.  The site is currently zoned A-2.  The General Plan land use designation is Commerical.  Approval of the proposed Land Use Permit and Development Plan would allow the construction of a 58,000 square foot major tenant for a grocery store and six pad buildings including a gas station, fast food restaurant and various other retail shops.  the Development Plan would approve the site layout, building architecture, landscaping, lighting and signage.
