There are two separate, but related, components to the proposed project. The first component is the Contra Costa County Public Works Department proposal for the realignment of a section of Pacheco Boulevard in central Contra Costa County. The second component of the project involves the proposed expansion of an existing Contra Costa County Health Services facility in the immediate vicinity of the Pacheco Boulevard realignment.
