The Sierra College Boulevard/I-80 interchange is improved with on & off ramps in both the east & west bound directions and a 2 lane bridge.
Document Description
The existing interchange is inadequately sized to meet the traffic demands for current and forecast transportation volumes. Additionally, it does meet current design standards for several features. The purpose of the project is to correct traffic operation deficiencies on Sierra College Boulevard at the interchange. Temporary on ramps will be included through the southeast and northwest project quadrants. The project may also utilize earth material from a borrow site located in the southwest quadrant within the project area.
