Project includes installation of 47 linear feet of new 24-inch diameter PVC sewer main including two new manholes, the rehabilitation/upgrade of approximately 1,842 linear feet of existing 24-inch diameter sewer main and six manholes utilizing slip-lining technologies, the improvement of approximately 2,700 linear feet of existing long-term maintenance paths of varied width between 12 and 14 feet including retaining walls and rip-rap rebutment, and the demolition of the 3.82-acre abandoned Pomerado Wastewater Treatment Plant followed by site recontouring and habitat restoration within the Los Penasquitos Canyon Preserve.
