Document Description
The operator proposes to seismically repair the Yountville Cross bridge over the Napa River, Yountville, Napa County, and repair damage to the bridge caused by the September 2000, earthquake. The proposed construction will consist of repairing the concrete spalling and replacing all the expanded polystyrene, elastomeric bearing pads, expansion joint material, and joint seal between the bridge deck and roadway. The spalling will only be repaired on the corners of the east abutment. The bridge will be lifted by heavy equipment and workers will work, by hand, to replace the materials. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0016 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1601.
