The California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) proposes to amend Title 14, California Code of Regulations, Division 7, Chapter 4, Article 3, by modifying Section 17943(b)(26). The amended regulation allows the use of the previous year's rigid plastic packaging container (RPPC) all container and PET recycling rates for current year compliance purposes.
