Eliminate three substandard curves; reconstruct intersection of County Road A-15 including construction of a southbound left turn lane and a concrete box concrete box culvert at Calf Pasture creek; construct four foot wide paved roadway shoulders; and acquire right-of-way for highway maintenance.
