                Document Description
            
            The project proposes the renovation of existing outdoor recreation facilities owned and maintained by the City of Grand Terrace.  Actions will include the renovation of existing soccer fields, construction of a perimeter jogging path, installation of field lighting systems, reconstruction of parking lot, construction of support facilities such as restrooms and a snack bar, and new landscaping for slopes, spectator viewing areas and picnic areas.
