Direct impacts to jurisdictional areas include the grading and filling of the onsite stream (0.07 ac.).  Native communities onsite include distrubed riparian habitat (0.07 ac) and annual grassland (3.1 ac).  The proposed project will directly impact all onsite jurisdictional streambed with associated riparian vegetation.
