Document Description
The proposed project will construct approximately 55,000 assignable square feet to provide research laboratories and support space, and academic offices for the biological sciences disciplines within the College of Natural & Agricultural Sciences. The project is a three-story structure plus a partial basement located on the north of Eucalyptus Drive, east of Bachelor Hall, and south and west of the Life Sciences Building on a site currently developed with landscape and hardscape. Project implementation also includes site preparation, on-site utility work and exterior landscaping and lighting.
