Document Description
The project involves the development of a four-unit two-story condominium project on a 12,600 square-foot lot. Earthwork would include importation of approximately 50 cubic yards of fill to be placed at up to three-foot depth to raise a building pad above the 100 year flood level of Mission Creek.
