Document Description
The proposed Project consists of new improvements such as a new 174,020 square-foot 54-bed Tower (Tower 3), a new loading dock ancillary to Tower 3, and a healing garden. To accommodate the Tower 3 and loading dock, the existing 25,478-square-foot storage building in the western portion of the Mission Hospital Medican Center Complex (MHMCC) will be demolished, and the healing garden will replace the existing pavillion building. Overall, upon completion of Phase II, MHMCC will be reduced in intensity, will have less floor area, and fewer parking spaces.
