Construction and operation of small segments of underground fiber optic facilities in the cities of Brisbane, Hayward, Modesto, San Francisco, Sacramento, Stockton, San Jose and Santa Clara; as well as on two long-haul routes, one from Los Angeles to Ontario (45.6 miles) and from Ontario to San Diego (114 miles), which also include the construction of two OP-AMP stations. The proposed project would involve the placement of fiber optic conduit and cable within previously disturbed areas within existing railroad, utility corridor, and public road rights-of-way.
